Duties of Each Seat:

President:

The President's roles include organizing and planning meetings, representing and speaking on behalf of the class, recruiting class members for activities, coordinating community service projects, working with the class secretary in setting agendas for meetings, and helping with any added responsibilities of the class.

Vice-President:

The Vice-President's roles include filling in for the President in their abscence, assisting the President with community service projects, coordinating with coaches, administrators, and teachers on school activities, coordinating the making of signs and/or graphics to hang in the school and the HS TV, and encouraging classmates to participate in activities and school events.

Secretary:

The Secretary's roles include taking notes and attendance at all class meetings, working with the class President to set agendas for meetings and advertising schedules for said meetings, keeping agendas on Google Drive, and supporting and promoting all class activities.

Treasurer:

The Treasurer's roles include keeping spreadsheets of incoming and outgoing expenses, giving finance updates at meetings, assisting the class advisor with money counting and other data tracking, working closely with other Class Officers to ensure the success of all activities, and helping with any added responsibilities of the class.

Nevaeh Dukes' personal promises for the Treasury:

"Money makes the world go round," and I promise to move the world. You all have goals and dreams you wish to acheive throughout this school year, and I promise to do my best to make them come true by using our class expenses and planning our activities wisely, with the input of my fellow students. Together, we prosper."
